The subscriptions will be delivered to Reston, VA, by 8/31/26.

There are no option periods.

Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b),The Project Blue Group Limited is the only source reasonably available for these subscriptions. Market reports from Project Blue contain unique data sets that are up-to-date, comprehensive, encyclopedic reports that cover global production, consumption, stocks, trade and technology, as well as industry structure

All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation no later than 08/27 /2025 shall be considered by the agency. However, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A firm-fixed price award will be made on or before 09/01/2025
