Project Description: The City of Tempe Housing Authority (THA) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek proposals from partners, owners, and/or developers interested in applying for up to 120 Project-Based Vouchers (PBV). PBVs awarded through this RFP will be provided to be used in new construction or substantial rehabilitation of multi-family affordable housing rental project(s) that serve low-income, very low-income and extremely low-income households. THA is looking for experienced partners capable of delivering high quality affordable housing and services for families in the region it serves.
