This IFB is for the proposed project will consist of full depth roadway reclamation and resurfacing, construction of new pervious sidewalks, installation of a new water main with removal of the existing AC water main, installation of a new closed drainage system, and installation of conduit and duct banks for the purpose of undergrounding the existing overhead utilities in front of the proposed residential development. Other work will include site preparation, installation of a stone dust path between Adams Circle and Barnum Road, construction of rain gardens and a constructed wetland. The project has a total length of approximately 1,950 linear feet (0.37-miles). Length of utility undergrounding is approximately 800 linear feet. All bidders must be pre-qualified in the following MA DOT category: Highway Construction
