The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed proposals until
2:00 p.m. (EST) on Thursday, July 9, 2026, for the following services:
Progressive Design-Build Services including all labor, materials, and equipment
necessary for the Progressive Design Build Services for SPLOST IX Transportation
Bundle 5

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held virtually via Microsoft
Teams on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (EST).

The last day to submit questions through the Euna platform is Monday, June 29,
2026, by 12:00 p.m. (EST).
Each proposal must be accompanied by a Proposal Security payable to the Forsyth
County Board of Commissioners in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total
proposed cost. The successful Proposer will be required to furnish a Performance
Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the Contract value, in
accordance with Georgia law. Failure to execute the contract or provide required
bonds within ten (10) calendar days of notification of award may result in forfeiture
of the Proposal Security as liquidated damages.
Proposals may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days following the date of
the proposal opening.
All proposals must be submitted electronically via Euna Solutions. Paper
submissions will not be accepted.
The public and all proposers are invited to attend the proposal opening on Thursday,
July 9, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. (EST) at the Forsyth County Freedom Park Campus, 2435
Freedom Parkway, Cumming, GA 30041 Liberty/Freedom Training Room, Suite 1010.
Names of firms that submitted proposals will be read aloud.
