Progressive Design-Build Services for Waters Avenue Force Main Replacement

Project Description: Hillsborough County Water Resources Department is seeking qualifications and proposals from experienced Progressive Design-Build teams for design, permitting and construction of a replacement of approximately 22,000 feet of 24-inch DI Force Main along Waters Avenue. The proposed route is from Manhattan Avenue to Sheldon Road. The proposed pipeline route contains one CSX crossing and one crossing underneath the Turnpike Authority Veterans Express way. Project estimated at $24,000,000.00.
DM/DWBE Goal: In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of 12% has been established for participation by DM/DWBEs as Subcontractors.
To be given consideration, questions and requests for interpretation must be received no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Solicitation issuance in Bonfire, site visit, or pre-bid conference, whichever is later as stated in Paragraph 3.5. of the RFP Contract Terms and Conditions Document.
