Project Description: Hillsborough County Capital Programs Department is seeking competitive bids from experienced and qualified Contractors with a proven and documented track record to perform all associated on-site and off-site improvements for the construction of a new, single story, approximately 7,558 square foot, two (2) - bay Progress Village South Fire Station No. 48, located at 7412 South 78th Street, Riverview, Florida 33578, estimated at $6,293,832.00.
DM/DWBE Goal: In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of 17% has been established for participation by DM/DWBEs as Subcontractors.
