City of St. Louis Office of Violence Prevention Request for Proposals - PROGRAMS TO REDUCE CRIME AMONG AT-RISK YOUTH (PROP S) The City of St. Louis Office of Violence Prevention, in partnership with the St. Louis Board of Aldermen, invites proposals from qualified nonprofits for youth programs to reduce crime among at-risk youth.
