Project Description: The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from experienced and qualified public or private nonprofit entities with a proven and documented track record of providing public service activities within Hillsborough County for the duration of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year (PY) 2026. PY 2026 begins on October 1, 2026, and ends on September 30, 2027. Funding for this action will not be available until October 1, 2026. The project's estimate is $600,000.00.
