PROGRAM YEAR 2025 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PUBLIC SERVICE FUNDING

The City of Bloomington is accepting applications for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Services Program. The City’s CDBG programs are administered by the Bloomington Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA). Please read through the entire Request for Proposals (RFP) for information on all the program guidelines, criteria, and limits. The City of Bloomington is accepting applications for the 2025 program year, which runs through July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Applicants should submit separate applications for each proposed project/activity.
