Program Manager FOR Pavement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP) RFP

Project Description: The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) is seeking a consultant (“Consultant”) to provide program management oversight of the Pavement Technical Assistance Program (P-TAP), an MTC program designed to help local jurisdictions better manage and maintain their streets and roads. Under MTC’s general oversight, Consultant will work directly with local jurisdictions to prepare pavement management plans (PMP), provide project management of all activities related to the development of the PMPs, hire and oversee subcontractors to conduct data collection of pavement assets, conduct quality control, and manage jurisdiction data and reports in the StreetSaver® database.
