Synopsis The purpose of this contract is to provide program management, owner advisor, construction management, and phased development services to King County Department of Executive Services (“County”) for over 648,000 square feet (sf) of new construction and over 558,000 sf of renovated medical facilities for the Harborview Medical Center (HMC), located in Seattle, Washington. This work is known collectively as the Harborview Bond Program (“Program”). The Program consists of approximately eight (8) projects, including new tower construction, infrastructure, interior space renovation and expansion of HMC essential support services and County services, mechanical and electrical upgrades, seismic renovation, parking and medical office building construction, early work packages and more. The total number of projects to be delivered under the Program shall be determined as the Program progresses and additional funding becomes available.
Addendum Description Addendum 2 has been issued.

Consultants must acknowledge all addenda before submitting a proposal. If a Consultant has already submitted a proposal, they must log into the E-Procurement Supplier Portal, acknowledge the addendum, and resubmit.
