Project Description: The Fort Bend Independent School District (FBISD) Board of Trustees (Board) seeks a qualified Program Management Consultant (PMC) to provide comprehensive program and project management, oversight, and advisory services in direct support of the Board's Audit Program. The PMC will function as a structural extension of Board staff, operating under the direct authority and guidance of the Board of Trustees, while maintaining strict independence from the District's independent auditor.
