Synopsis
|
The purpose of this contract is to provide multidisciplinary engineering and related services to King County Natural Resources and Parks, Wastewater Treatment Division (“County”) for the West Point Facility Program (“Program”). The exact disciplines required and the amount of work for each discipline have not been determined. The Consultant should be capable of adding disciplines expeditiously as necessary to meet the needs of specific projects based on all types of delivery methods (e.g., Design-Bid-Build (DBB), General Contractor/Construction Management (GC/CM), Progressive Design Build (PDB)) under the Program. There is no guarantee that all projects identified in the WTD 6-Year CIP for the West Point Facility Program will be completed under the Program. For this contract, the County has determined that the maximum labor rate limitation will not apply.
