The Bristol Board of Education (“BOE”) is seeking to prepare a public school redistricting plan for implementation in the 2026-2027 academic year, and is seeking proposals from qualified firms for assistance in the preparation of the redistricting plan.
Proposal submission documents are available at no charge by downloading from the City of Bristol web site via the document link noted below.
A non-mandatory pre-submission meeting will be held on March 12, 2025 at 9:00 am in Meeting Room 3-1 at Bristol City Hall, 111 North Main Street, Bristol CT 06010.
Proposal submissions will be accepted by the City of Bristol Purchasing Department on behalf of the BOE until March 26, 2025 at 1:00 pm; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered. The BOE reserves the right to waive any informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposal that in its judgment is in its best interest. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the proposal to the Purchasing Department no later than the date and time noted above. Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive; neither the City nor the BOE assume responsibility for failure of submissions to be received by the date and time noted above.
