Professional Services Open-End Contracts

Project Description: Botetourt County solicits proposals from qualified engineering, architectural, and surveying firms to provide professional services on an on-call, open-ended contract basis. The County will select as many as five firms from each of the varied disciplines to provide the services requested as outlined in the attached Request for Proposals. As outlined in the Virginia Public Procurement Act, competitive negotiation procedures for professional services will be followed to enter into one-year term contracts with the selected firms. The contracts may be renewed, at the discretion of the County, for up to four (4) successive one-year terms. First term will begin July 1, 2025 and end on June 30, 2026.
