Professional Services Library

As requested by the Procurement Services Division (hereinafter, the “Division or Department”), the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division (hereinafter, “County”) has issued this Request for Professional Services (hereinafter, “RPS”) with the intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified Consultants in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached. The Consultant, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated. All references to “Proposer” are also referred to as “Consultant,” “Firm,” “Offeror,” “Contractor,” and “Vendor.”

It is the intent of the County to award multiple Consultants under the various disciplines to provide services on an as needed basis. These services will supplement an array of professional in-house staff. The services provided as a result of the awarded contracts will be available to all County Departments and Divisions.

The County, in compliance with Florida Statute §287.055, Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act, is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants to perform continuing professional services of the County’s Professional Services Library, to support the engineering, architectural, survey, permitting, study / planning, design (various stages), value engineering, execution, project management, and construction engineer and inspection (CEI) services for various projects identified by County Project Managers, and described in the detailed scope of work.

All work will be performed shall be in accordance with Florida Statute §287.055, Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act, industry standards and comply with applicable laws, and regulations, including grant provisions applicable to grant-funded projects.
