WORK DESCRIPTION
The City is seeking proposals from qualified companies and/or consultants to provide. Behavioral Health Services (NFPA 1500 or Equivalent) Annual Cancer Screening Physicals Periodic Physical Exams and Health Screenings. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to acquire a consultant who can provide a comprehensive update to ensure compliance with current federal and state requirements.
