Project Description: Hillsborough County Public Utilities Administration and the Solid Waste Management Department are seeking proposals from experienced and qualified professionals to provide as needed professional engineering and technical services related to the operations, permitting, design, planning, inspection, water quality evaluation, landfill gas system work, site work, drainage improvements including modifications, and assessments of County landfill sites and facilities estimated at $6,500,000.00.
