THE AGENCY’S DECISION OF FIRMS SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN EVALUATION DISCUSSIONS.  The posting of this notice will commence on June 16, 2025, at 8:00 AM and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekends until June 19, 2025, at 8:00 AM

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post a bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a boned shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
