Professional Services for a Downtown Public Right-of-Way Master Plan

The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional services of a qualified and experienced engineering firm (consultant) for a Downtown streetscape enhancement plan that includes all public rights of way. This work requires a determination of the best streetscape design and recommended action plan to reach the desired mobility improvements outlined by the recent Downtown Mobility Plan. The work must include the Downtown corridor from Cameron Ave to East Rosemary and Merritt Mill to Henderson. The area scope will also include critical side and connection streets like Church St. Other development plans, future growth, Town goals, and community aspirations should be considered. This work should also be centered around equity and inclusion, with a process for public input and feedback.

All Statements of Qualifications must be submitted and received by 3:00 P.M. on September 11 ^th , 2023. Electronic only submittals. Paper submittals will be excluded from consideration.
