Professional Services for a Combined Fire Station & Affordable Housing Facility Design

The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for the professional services of a qualified and experienced design team for a combined fire station and affordable/mixed income housing project. This work will involve several phases, beginning with the facility program plan, a conceptual architectural design, site design, renderings, and preliminary cost estimates for the construction of a new facility. Please be aware that this project is a partnership between the town's Fire and Affordable Housing and Community Connections departments. The selected firm will need to work with both development teams to create a cohesive site design with beneficial connections to the broader area.

All responses to submitted questions will be published in the form of an addendum on the Town’s website at www.townofchapelhill.org by 5:00 pm November 17, 2023.
