The Pinellas County School District (District) is soliciting sealed electronic proposals in response to Professional Services - Continuing Contracts . Proposals are due before 2:30 pm on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 . Proposals may be received up to but not later than, the date and time listed above, via the District e-Procurement Portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/PCSB. The District e-Procurement Portal Clock is the official clock for the determination of all deadline dates and times. Without exception, responses will not be accepted after the submission deadline regardless of any technical difficulties such as poor internet connections. The Pinellas County School District Purchasing Department strongly recommends completing your response well ahead of the deadline.

This document shall serve to provide interested parties with specific information as to the procedures for selection of Professional Design Services where the method of compensation is a Negotiated Fee for THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. Pursuant to the Florida Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act, Section 287.055 F.S., The School Board of PINELLAS County, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”), will consider the contracting of a Professional Design Service.
New firms may petition to be added to the continuing contracts list for Professional Services by completing the requirements of this Request for Qualifications and submitting for consideration to the Purchasing Department for the optional renewal year (third year of contract). The Professional Services Selection Committee will then review and score the proposal. If the committee recommends an interview, that will be done during the next scheduled Professional Services Selection Committee meeting. The firm will be notified of that date and time in advance.
