NOTICE OF 2026 PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTS

The Township Committee of the Township of Millburn has awarded the following contract, some professional of which without formal competitive bidding unless otherwise noted, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-2(6) and N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i) and/or N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(a)(a)(ii) at their July 14, 2026 meeting.  Once executed, this contract and/or the resolution, as applicable, authorizing it are available for public inspection in the Office of the Township Clerk, Millburn Town Hall, 22 East Willow Street, Millburn, NJ  07041. The contract is authorized for one year through December 31, 2026 unless otherwise detailed in the contract.

Services:              Professional appraisal services
Amount:              As set forth in the proposal dated May 19, 2026, in a not to exceed amount of                                                     $125,000.00
