Professional Services Airport Engineering Consultants

The City of Monett, Missouri (“Sponsor”), is hereby soliciting statements of qualifications and experience from qualified consultants for airfield development projects at Monett Regional Airport. Projects may be subject to future receipt of Federal funding under the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program, as administered by the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) through the State Block Grant Program (SBGP). These projects may include the following:

1. Construction of an 80X80 Hangar. Estimated cost 1,400,000.

2. Relocation and Construction of a New AWOS-III. Estimated Cost 600,000.

3. Construct Fuel Facility. Estimated Cost 2,000,000

4. Obstruction Removal and Avigation Easement Acquisition. Estimated cost 250,000.

5. Rehabilitate Apron. Estimated Cost 450,000.

6. Install Airport Perimeter Fence. Estimated Cost 1,000,000

7. Install MALSF. Estimated Cost 750,000.

8. Rehabilitation and Expand North Apron. Estimated Cost 1,700,000.

9. Rehabilitate Access Road and Auto Parking. Estimate Cost 300,000.

10. Construct 10-Unit T-Hangar. Estimate Cost 1,500,000.
