Architectural Services

All responses (one original and one copy) shall be submitted to the Township Clerk, Township of

Ocean, 399 Monmouth Road, Oakhurst, New Jersey 07755-1589 no later than 3:00 p.m. Wednesday,

May 20, 2026.

Responses are being solicited in accordance with the fair and open process as set forth by P.L. 2004,

Chapter 19 (as amended by P.L. 2005, c.51) N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. An overview of the Law may be

obtained on http://Awww.nj.Qov/dea/lgs/p2p.

A copy of the Request for Qualifications document may be obtained at the office the Township Clerk,

Township of Ocean, 399 Monmouth Road, Oakhurst, New Jersey 07755-1589 during normal business hours

or on the Township of Ocean Municipal website www.oceantwp.org.
