MONMOUTH COUNTY, NEW JERSEY

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL & QUALIFICATIONS FOR 2025 MUNICIPAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

(Applicants must establish that they meet the following minimum qualifications)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5, N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1 et seq, proposals and qualifications are being solicited by the Borough of Red Bank (hereinafter the “Borough”) for the following professional services for the 2025 calendar year, as follows:

3. RFQ #2025-3 Labor Counsel

4. RFQ #2025-4 Redevelopment and Affordable Housing Attorney

5. RFQ #2025-5 Rent Leveling Board Attorney

6. RFQ #2025-6 Historic Preservation Commission Attorney

7. RFQ #2025-7 Borough Auditor

8. RFQ #2025-8 Municipal Prosecutor

9. RFQ #2025-9 Alternate Prosecutor

10. RFQ #2025-10 Public Defender

11. RFQ #2025-11 Borough Engineer

12. RFQ #2025-12 Borough Planner

13. RFQ #2025-13 Planning Board Attorney

14. RFQ #2025-14 Planning Board Engineer

15. RFQ #2025-15 Zoning Board Attorney

16. RFQ #2025-16 Zoning Board Engineer

17. RFQ #2025-17 Borough Architect

18. RFQ #2025-18 Special Legal Counsel Pool

If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Borough of Red Bank is an EEO/AA employer.

Term: January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

The proposal must be received on or before 10 a.m. on December 11, 2024 in the Administrative Office on the 4th Floor of Borough Hall 90 Monmouth Street, Red Bank, NJ 07701.
