NOTICE OF 2026 PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTS

The Township Committee of the Township of Millburn has awarded the following professional contracts without competitive bidding unless otherwise noted, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-2(6) and N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i) and/or N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(a)(a)(ii) at their October 6, 2026 meeting. Once executed, these contracts and the resolutions authorizing them are available for public inspection in the Office of the Township Clerk, Millburn Town Hall, 22 East Willow Street, Millburn, NJ 07041. The contract is authorized for one year through the date stated in each contract.

Professional Services

Awarded to: Barton Ross, of Barton Ross & Partners, LLC
Services: Additional Professional Historic Preservation Consultant services
Amount: further approves an additional budget of up to $25,000.00, totaling $77,000.00 for 2026 for services outlined in their proposal dated November 5, 2026

Awarded to: Greenman-Pedersen, Inc., 301 Gibraltar Drive, Suite 2A, Morris Plains NJ 07950
Services: Professional Engineering services
Amount: as detailed in their submitted proposal dated February 4, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $31,160.00

Awarded to: Bowman Consulting Group, LTD., located at 6 Campus Drive, Suite 302, Parsippany, NJ 07054
Services: Professional Engineering services (Interim Township Engineer)
Amount: as detailed in their submitted proposal dated August 13, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00
