Project Description:
The City of Leesburg, Florida (the “City”) is seeking the services of up to three (3) licensed Real Estate Brokerage Firms to provide real estate services on an “as-needed basis”. The required service will consist primarily of providing full real estate brokerage services that includes the sale of surplus property owned by the City. It’s the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to have the successful Real Estate Brokerage Firms enter into a Professional Services contract with the City to supply real estate services as outlined herein.
