Professional Planning & Grant Consulting Services

The City of Destin, Florida is seeking firms to enter into a “continuing contract” to provide various Professional Planning and Grant Consulting services for the City. The professional planning services required relate to the Community Development Department's Development Order Review process, the Land Development Code, the Comprehensive Plan, and other professional planning reviews, studies and/or planning projects as assigned by the City Manager or Community Development Director. The grant consulting services shall include, but are not limited to, all forms of grant seeking, grant writing, and project support services. The intent of this RFQ is to acquire a broad range of Professional Planning and Grant Consulting Services for the City. The terms “Consultant” and “Respondent” shall mean the firm submitting for this RFQ and will be used interchangeably in this solicitation. The firm with the successful proposal shall be required to supply the City with copies of its current Liability Insurance and Workmen's Compensation coverage. Proposals must be received by the City Clerk's Office at the City of Destin, 4200 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida 32541, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFQ No. 24-12-CD , “PROFESSIONAL PLANNING AND GRANT CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF DESTIN”, along with the name, return address and telephone number of the firm submitting the proposal, no later than 2:00 p.m., Central Time, on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at which time they will be opened and identified aloud. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or portions thereof, to waive minor defects and informalities in the process, to accept the Proposal(s) or take any other actions deemed by the City to be in the City's best interest.
