Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proposers must be registered in Florida (www.sunbiz.org), to conduct business in the State of Florida
2. The Firm must have a minimum of three (3) years providing Planning services
3. The Firm must have a minimum of three (3) years providing Engineering services
4. Project Manager must be AICP, PLA/RLA or PE in good standing with the State of Florida
5. Must have 2 comparable open space reuse projects in past 7 years. These projects must be verifiable and may be used as part of the five (5) required references.
