The City is seeking Proposals to establish a Time and Material term contract with a qualified Contractor to provide professional painting, surface treatment and interior finishes at various City facilities on “as needed” basis. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials (unless provided by the City), tools and equipment required to provide such services specified in this solicitation.
