Submissions must be in a sealed envelope marked: "Statement of Qualifications, Professional Owner Representative Services, School District of Washington" and delivered to: School District of Washington Attn: Mr. John Mccolloch 220 Locust Street Washington MO 63090 Said submissions will be opened and reviewed at 12:00 p.m. on February 3, 2025. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all submissions; and shall be held harmless for any failure to solicit responses from potential firms. All firms are welcome to be present at the time of submission opening. Firms must be bonded and insured.
