The Rankin County School District will receive sealed request for qualifications on the
service listed below until 2:00 P.M. THURSDAY, MAY 21, 2026, at the Administrative Office
Building of the Rankin County School District, located at 1220 Apple Park Place, Brandon,
Mississippi 39042.

RFQ #26-04 PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION AND MOBILITY SERVICES
You may obtain the documents in person at the Administrative Office Building of the Rankin
County School District, located at 1220 Apple Park Place, Brandon Mississippi, or request
them via email at sam515@rcsd.ms
Bidder must submit four (4) copies of your RFQ to: Sam Lemonis, Director of Purchasing,
Rankin County School District, 1220 Apple Park Place, Brandon, MS, 39042, 601-825-5590.
In order to be considered the following must appear on the outside of the envelope:

The Rankin County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or any
groups thereof and waive formalities.
Proposals cannot be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the opening date.
Once accepted by the School Board, no proposals may be withdrawn.
