In accordance with the provisions of Section 287.055, Florida Statutes (Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act), the City of Winter Park ("City") is seeking qualification statements from interested consultants or licensed individuals to provide professional Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing ("MEP") Engineering Services.
