Professional Legal Services for Bond Counsel for the County of Mercer

The County of Mercer is requesting qualification statements from firms or individuals to provide bond counsel services on an as needed basis.  All questions can be emailed to imaldonado@mercercounty.org . This RFQ does not constitute a bid and is intended solely to obtain competitive responses from which the County of Mercer may choose a firm (s) that best meet(s) its needs.  The pool will be current for one (1) year. Professional service agreements will be awarded to successful firms as services are required.
