The City of Liberty Hill (“City”) is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified law firms and attorneys (“Respondents”) to provide professional legal services with a specialization in municipal and local government law.

This solicitation will be posted on the City’s website at www.Libertyhilltx.gov and on the Texas Comptroller’s website at www.Txsmartbuy.gov beginning July 1, 2025.

All qualifications must be submitted for consideration no later than July 31, 2025, at 2:00 PM CST. Submissions must include a separate, sealed price sheet, which will only be opened after the evaluation committee has made its selection.

Sealed submissions should be clearly labeled “DO NOT OPEN” and delivered to:
