Project Description: Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA or the Authority) is seeking proposals from qualified law firms or solo practitioners (Offeror) to provide legal services to the agency recognized and licensed by the State of Virginia to provide professional legal services necessary for the operation, management, administration, and execution of various activities and programs described in the Statement of Need. The goal is to acquire services of a highly qualified Legal Offeror at a fair and reasonable cost. An Offeror may subcontract services; however, account billing and finance tracking shall be maintained by the selected Offeror.
