LEGAL COUNSEL. The Vadnais Lake Area Water Management Organization (VLAWMO) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide professional legal counsel services on an “as needed” basis for 2025 and 2026. The VLAWMO Board is seeking a renewal of legal counsel services to address a continued need. VLAWMO will select a firm based on experience, technical capacity, billing rate, responsiveness and the scope of services listed here: stormwater management, public drainage, & utility issues; contract & agreement review; legal boundary updates; Wetland Conservation Act appeals; enforcement action; and Joint Powers Agreement updates, as requested.
