Summary
The Stanislaus Council of Governments (StanCOG) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive Information Technology (IT) services to support the agency’s operational, administrative, and public meeting functions. Proposals shall be received no later than the date and time identified on the cover page of this RFP.
StanCOG seeks a responsive and technically proficient IT services provider to deliver ongoing network administration, cybersecurity management, cloud and systems support, desktop and device management, help desk services, audio-visual meeting support, phone system maintenance, website support, and strategic technology planning. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis and will include both remote and on-site support.
The selected Contractor will be expected to maintain the reliability, security, and performance of StanCOG’s technology environment, which includes cloud-based applications, network infrastructure, communication systems, and meeting room audio-visual systems. The Contractor will also provide proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, system upgrades, disaster recovery management, user training, and detailed reporting to ensure operational continuity and long-term technology sustainability.
StanCOG intends to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with a qualified firm capable of delivering high-quality technical support, responsive service levels, and strategic guidance aligned with the agency’s evolving technological needs.

StanCOG is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide on-call, as-needed Information Technology (IT) services through a competitive proposal process
Services include furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and expertise necessary to support StanCOG's full IT environment
Work may span all IT disciplines, including support, maintenance, system upgrades, troubleshooting, and strategic enhancements
Contractor will support cloud-based infrastructure, third-party applications, network systems, and end-user devices
Contractor is expected to become familiar with StanCOG's existing IT environment and provide both reactive support and proactive recommendations
Services will support daily operations, Board meetings, and long-term technology planning
