Sul Ross StateUniversity (“SRSU”, or “University” herein), through this Request for Proposal(“RFP”) is seeking the services of a qualified Wildlife Helicopter Capture andTransport company to provide professional capture services for the BorderlandsResearch Institute in Alpine, Texas. The service provided should conform, at a minimum, to the Requirements andSpecifications detailed in Section D. Interested companies (“Proposers”, “Vendor”, or “Contractor” herein) arerequested to submit proposal (“Proposals”).
