Professional Floor Care Services (Countywide)

The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional floor care services for its facilities on a countywide basis.  This would cover approximately thirty-six  facilities (buildings) totaling 652,000+ square feet with major locations in Woodland, Davis, and West Sacramento, as per scope of work outlined in this RFP.

Floor care means any floor finishing, stripping, periodic spray buffing on any floor surface, and deep cleaning of carpets. It is anticipated that most floor care needs would be scheduled and performed on a periodic (quarterly) basis. There may be occasional need for unscheduled and emergency floor care services also.

Proposers who submit a response to this RFP must have the ability to meet all the requirements, including the terms and conditions contained in this RFP.
