Professional Financial Consulting Services for the Town of Hillsborough Long Range Financial Funding Plan

Proposals Due: Monday, June 30, 2025 by 5:00pm via email to rsantiago@hillsborough.net .

Description: The Town of Hillsborough (Town) requests proposals from qualified consultants to assist the Town with its long-term financial funding plan. The selected consultant shall develop a plan that 1) addresses long-range capital investment and operating needs and 2) identifies budget strategies to address gaps, such as revenue enhancements and cost efficiency options, to support the Town’s fiscal sustainability and to fund new capital investments.
