NOTICE OF RFP
The Township of Franklin, County of Somerset is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
Sealed RFP responses will be received by the Purchasing Agent on or by August 20, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. in the Purchasing Department, Municipal Building, 475 DeMott Lane, Somerset NJ 08873 at which time and place responses will be opened for:
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AS-NEEDED

Specifications and instructions may be obtained at the Purchasing Office or on the Franklin Township website www.franklintwpnj.org. We are storing all responses electronically; therefore submit all pages of the response on a CD or flash drive in addition to the printed copies.
* RFP Addenda will be issued on the website. Therefore, interested respondents should check the website from now through RFP opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
Respondents shall comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 C127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27et seq.)
