Description
The Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship is soliciting proposals from potential consultants to assist in site ID, design, layout, permitting, and construction observation of water quality wetlands designed to reduce nutrient loading to nearby streams. IDALS anticipates funding available for up to 3 wetlands over 3 years in locations in North Central/Central Iowa. Consultant would be responsible for developing the conceptual designs, contacting landowners, design, permitting and construction oversight/checkout of installed wetlands. Interested parties are invited to submit a proposal by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 8, 2024.
