Professional Engineering for Cemetery Storage Building

Project Description: Uintah County Municipal Building Authority is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified
engineering firms with demonstrated experience in professional engineering, site design, structural
engineering, civil engineering, and related services for building and site development projects. Firms
must employ a Utah-licensed Professional Engineer.
The purpose of this RFQ is to identify and select a firm capable of providing comprehensive engineering
services for the duration of the project, from the development of engineered plans through construction
completion. Uintah County Municipal Building Authority (MBA) reserves the right to reject any or all
Statements of Qualifications.
Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting:
All firms intending to submit a proposal must attend a mandatory on-site meeting at Vernal Memorial
Park, 1750 South 500 East, Vernal, Utah, on December 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Attendance at this meeting
is required for a proposal to be considered. The purpose of the meeting is to review the project site,
answer questions, and clarify the scope and Uintah MBA expectations.
