Lead with CPS provides professional development, cohort learning, and mentorship opportunities for Central Office and Network Office staff through both internal and external programs. For leadership development specifically, we partner with external organizations that offer structured, cohort‑based experiences designed to strengthen leadership competencies aligned to K–12 district needs. These external programs typically run six months to one year and are aligned with the CPS RISE performance framework. They are intended for Executive Directors and above who are seeking to deepen their skills in areas such as equity, vision, transformational leadership, change management, innovation, and student achievement.
