Professional Design Services Proposed Fire Station 5

The WDC has proposed that Fire Station 5 be located and constructed on approximately 59,528 square feet (or 1.37 acres) portion of the Rotella Magnet School property located on Pierpont Road in Waterbury, CT. The existing Station 5 located on East Main Street has undergone an assessment whereas renovation costs may not be the best use of resources when compared to the cost of a new station. This RFP includes the Design Phase, Bidding Phase, and Construction Administration Services including any additional necessary associated services for that new station.
