Description

The City of Waterbury Fire Department has identified Station 5 to be located on a selected 59,528 square feet (or 1.37 acres) portion of the Rotella Magnet School property located on Pierpont Road in Waterbury, CT as a facility potentially needing to be constructed. The existing Station 5 located on East Main Street has undergone an assessment whereas renovation costs may not be the best use of resources when compared to the cost of a complete replacement. This RFP includes the Design Phase, Bidding Phase, and Construction Administration Services including any additional necessary associated services for that complete replacement.Â
