to the WWD for the assessment, prioritization and planning of Asset Deficiency refurbishment or
replacement in accordance with the following:
(a) Asset Deficiency List; The work will address the list of deficiencies provided in Appendix
A. The City may add or remove deficiencies/issues as required. Asset deficiencies/issues will
initially be identified by operations or maintenance staff. The available background information
provided for each Asset deficiency can range from a statement of an operational problem to an
extensive technical report. Any pre-existing background reports may be provided to the consultant
post award.
(b) The work will address deficiencies at the following locations; North End Water Pollution
Control Centre (NEWPCC) South End Water Pollution Control Centre (SEWPCC) West End Water Pollution
Control Centre (WEWPCC)
Perimeter Road Pumping Station (PRPS).
