Professional Consulting Services for Love Field Expansion Airport Program (LEAP)

Project Description: This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) aims to establish a pool of pre-qualified consultants to support the LEAP. Firms selected through this RFQ will be eligible to respond to future Request for Proposals (RFPs) for specific scopes of work under LEAP.
Firms may apply for inclusion on the pre-qualified list either as sole practitioners or as part of a team. Respondents are not limited to only one discipline; however, they must designate all professional disciplines for which they are submitting their qualifications. The City expects pre-qualified consultants to possess deep experience, technical proficiency, and have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and regulatory agencies. Firms will not be considered unless they meet the qualifications outlined in this RFQ, along with any additional specified criteria.
